What is your minimum?
Minimum: quantity 24 for new orders/designs per imprint type and designs, quantity 12 for repeat orders per imprint type and designs.
To reach a 24 quantity minimum can I use different items?
Yes, with Quali T, you can combine your products to reach what we call combined quantity pricing as long as the same imprint process is being utilized. 24 quantity of tees, and 24 quantity of hoodies with the same full front screen print design would reach a 48 qty. level pricing.
What are your quantity breaks for better pricing?
24, 48, 72, 144, 288, 500, 1000, contact us for pricing for larger bulk orders over 3000. Our combined quantity of products being produced with the same imprint can be utilized to reach these quantities.
Can I order more than one color of products?
Yes, you can order different color products to reach your next quantity break 24, 48, 72, 144, 288, 500, 1000+. A color change fee of $20 will apply per ink/thread color change. Minimum of 12 quantity per color change.
Can I buy blanks?
Yes you can. Minimum of 24 qty, same color, same item#.
Do I deal with the same sales person?
We work with dedicated sales representatives. So, we will try every effort to have the same sales representative work with you, as long as they are available.
What files are acceptable for supplied art?
Vectorized art is acceptable. They will have a suffix of .ai or .eps. Please send supporting fonts or outline your text.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), or preferably ACH, Check or Cash.
How can I receive a sample?
Work with your sales representative to receive either a random sample, spec sample, or blank sample. We will do our best to accommodate.
Order Process and Art approval?
Your order will start being processed once you have approved your sales order and have made your payment (unless authorized otherwise). A design request will be made and you will receive a proof for your approval before production begins in approx. 2-3 business days. Please allow more time during our busy season.
How do I care for my products?
Washing for best results:
-Wash in cold to warm water
-Turn garment inside out
-Fluff dry only or hang to dry
-Don’t dry clean
-Don’t use iron over imprinted area
-Don’t use bleach or bleach alternatives
What is sublimation?
With sublimation, your design is dyed right into the fabric. As we call it a blank canvas. 100% customizable.
What is Direct to Film (DTF)?
With Direct to film, this is a digital transfer that works on any shirt fabric. Excellent opacity. Soft hand print. Is flexible and incredibly durable. No color limits. Extremely high detail and resolution.
