What's your minimum order quantity?
For most new designs and imprint types, our minimum order quantity is 24 pieces. For repeat orders with the same design and imprint type, the minimum is 12 pieces.
Can I mix and match items to reach the minimum quantity?
Absolutely! We offer combined quantity pricing, meaning you can mix different apparel or promotional products to reach your minimum of 24 pieces, as long as they use the same imprint process and design. For example, 12 screen printed t-shirts and 12 screen printed hoodies with the same design would meet your 24-piece minimum.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we do! Our pricing tiers are structured to offer better value as your order size increases. Our quantity breaks are at 24, 48, 72, 144, 288, 500, and 1000 pieces. For orders over 3000 pieces, please contact us for custom bulk pricing. Remember, our combined quantity pricing (as explained above) helps you reach these tiers!
Can I order products in different colors?
Yes, you can! You can mix and match product colors to reach your desired quantity break (24, 48, 72, etc.). Please note there's a $20 color change fee per ink or thread color change, with a minimum of 12 pieces per color change.
Can I purchase blank items without any decoration?
Yes, you can purchase blank items. A minimum order of 24 pieces is required for blank items, and they must be the same color and item number.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
We primarily accept vectorized art files, which typically have a .ai or .eps suffix. Please ensure all supporting fonts are provided or that your text is outlined to prevent any display issues.
Will I work with the same sales representative?
We strive to provide a consistent and personalized experience. We work with dedicated sales representatives and will make every effort to ensure you work with the same person, pending their availability.
How can I get a sample?
Please connect with your sales representative. They can help you arrange for either a random sample, a spec sample (with your design), or a blank sample to ensure you're happy with the product before your full order.
What's your order and art approval process?
Once you've approved your sales order and submitted payment (unless otherwise authorized), your order will begin processing. A design request will be initiated, and you'll receive a proof for your approval before production starts, typically within 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time during our peak seasons.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! Our name is Quali T, and quality is at the core of everything we do. We guarantee high-quality products and imprints. Being in business for over 35 years is a testament to our unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and superior craftsmanship.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that a 4% fee will be added to all credit card payments. For your convenience and to avoid fees, we prefer ACH transfers, checks, or cash payments.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my custom products?
To ensure the longevity of your custom-branded items, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Wash in cold to warm water.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Fluff dry only or hang to dry.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not iron directly over the imprinted area.
- Do not use bleach or bleach alternatives.

** What is Direct to Film (DTF)? Direct to Film (DTF) uses a digital transfer that can be applied to virtually any fabric type. It offers excellent opacity, a soft feel, incredible flexibility, and exceptional durability. DTF allows for unlimited colors and delivers extremely high detail and resolution.
