Privacy Policy

Quali T requests personal information such as name, e-mail address and phone number when you place an order and/or request a quote. This information may be used exclusively by Quali T to notify customers of new products and decoration options. Quali T does not share your information with third parties for any reason.

All credit card transactions are sent encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Servers; this ensures that all transmission of information is secure. No credit card information is transmitted by email. Quali T requests authorization from our current clients to exchange links for web optimization. Websites that are linked to QualiTinc.com have their own policies regarding privacy and terms of use; please review their policies when visiting these sites. Quali T accepts no responsibility for the privacy policies of linked websites and provides these links solely for customer convenience and information. Terms and Conditions:

NOTE: Preference of payment is ACH or Check. Please contact your sales associate for details.
  1. Payment: is due in full before the project is scheduled, other fees acquired are due before shipping or at pickup. Unless otherwise stated.
  2. Project delays: may occur due to worldwide shortages, waiting on Client reviews and approvals, shipping delays may happen.
  3. Changes, Revisions or Corrections: All Changes, Revisions or Corrections require written notification and may require additional charge, restocking fees and or credits.
  4. Allowances, Alternates and Estimate Pricing: Are not stand-alone pricing and If accepted may or will affect base estimate pricing as additions or subtractions are made and the accepted.
  5. Freight/Shipping Are Allowance only: Shipping cost is an Allowance only due to worldwide shortages. Items may need to be purchased from multiple locations and suppliers, Freight/Shipping charges are subject to change.
  6. Substitutions: Quali T, Inc reserves the right to substitute brand, slight style and/or color changes to complete your order.
  7. Proposal valid: for 30 days. All changes to estimate, drawings, art, designs and/or specifications require written notification and/or may require additional charges or credits.
  8. Sales tax: varies by customer and/or location.
  9. Scheduling: the project will commence on receipt of accepted, signed and or approved by Quali T, Inc. Sales Order and required deposit, and/or Purchase Order or Contract.
  10. Spoilage: Production Spoilage Policy 3% per order, for example: (3) shirt out of (100) pieces is within tolerance (3%) Spoilage is a common occurrence for custom imprinted items. Spoilage is a misprint or supplier issue causing a garment to not meet an acceptable quality level.
  11. Under/Over Run Allowance and/or Invoiced Quantity Policy: your final invoice will reflect the total quantity shipped. This total quantity will be within the under/over run Allowance for your order. This means that if you order 100 imprints, your Sales Order will show 100 pieces, but your final Invoice after production could show an invoiced quantity between 97 to 103 pieces. This is the Under/Over Run Allowance for that order. The price per piece will not change from the PO to the Invoice. The invoice will be simply charging the NET impressions. If a job is within tolerance and Quali T, Inc is asked to re-setup the job at a later time to issue a reprint for spoiled pieces, it is treated as a new job and pricing will follow the quantities needed.
  12. Imprint Pricing: Per location of design not per design.
  13. Minimum: quantity 24 for new orders/designs per imprint type and designs, quantity 12 for repeat orders per imprint type and designs.

Payment Options

Quali T accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, authorized purchase orders, yet we prefer ACH, cash or check.

Order Processes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed that day.

Our normal production time is 2-3 weeks or 10-15 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We reserve the right to extend this production time during high volume periods. Promotional products are vendor sensitive production times. You will be notified on production times.

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive it 7 days approx. from ship date; WI residents can expect to receive orders 1-2 business days from ship date. Ship times will vary according to the carrier used.

Samples

Samples are available upon request. Work with your customer service representative and we will accommodate your request as best we can.

Shipping and Handling Fee

Your order will be shipped SpeeDee or Fed Ex Ground (screen printed or embroidered), promotional products are FOB manufacturer, blanks are shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground, whichever is best price for customer unless otherwise specified. A shipping and handling fee (6% of order total for in the state of Wisconsin via SpeeDee or 9% out of state Fed Ex, minimum $25.00 USD) will be applied. If you wish to receive an estimate before your order is shipped please request it from your sales representative. We cannot ship to a PO Box utilizing SpeeDee or FedEX shipping; a street address must be supplied. All Canadian orders will be shipped via FedEX.

In the event of a return, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Rush Charges

Rush services are available at 2-5 business day turnaround. We reserve the right to charge according to the complexity of the order. You will be informed of the rush fee prior to processing the order.

Rush orders must be placed by noon CST. The number of days listed for turnaround are production days after approval of artwork. You will be charged for additional upgrade fees above and beyond the usual S&H fees; we will confirm this with you prior to shipping.

Rush delivery service is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses.

Returns

Since these are customized products, refunds or exchanges are not available for incorrect or approved by the client orders.

Cancellations/Changes/Substitutions

Quali T makes every effort to accommodate your requests throughout the ordering process. If you must make a change or cancel your order, please call 920-845-1010 or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your sales order is approved, no changes can be made.

We reserve the right to change the garment color and/or substitute items to ensure you receive a complete order. If this cannot be accomplished you will be notified or refunded.
